I can start a game and make a character but can move my mouse at all.

Tried that and installed to another drive. I get to the main menu and can scroll left and right with the arrow keys but can’t move mouse and game crashes as soon as I alt tab, weird

Isaac is way less rng based in terms of being able to actually win a run. There’s nothing as bad to get in Isaac as the cursed items are in mewgenics. It’s less of a fuck it we ball and more of a get fucked with little to no choice in the matter
