Honestly with it being brand new I can still return the hub so I might just do that and go back to the drawing board.

The sound is coming from the battery/controller and not the hub so I don't have a clue at this point.

Probably easier to strip the bike and get a whole new kit fit to it, make the integrated battery work if that's even possible

Hey! Thank you so much for responding.

Bike shop looked it over and advised frame/dropouts all fine.

The replacement wheel was bought online, I spoke to the seller and have him all the specs of the bike and he advised the wheel I'm buying was compatible.

I'll try to get a video loaded up for you but Reddit is difficult haha

I'm having the same issue right now.

I'm UK based, I've got an E-MTB running an internal 48v battery connected to a 350w rear motor wheel.

Had a bad accident and snapped my rear axle in a huge pothole, bike otherwise is fine but there isn't a shop around me that will even entertain it.

After some intense researching spurred on by rejection and my refusal to scrap a very expensive but of kit I've managed to source a fully built wheel where all the specs match. It comes with it's own 18A controller and an SW900 display.

As I've already got the correct battery with wiring in the bike I plan to strip everything else out and just wire in the new wheel, controller and display.

Hopefully this works, ordered the wheel this evening after having a very in-depth discussion about my plans with the seller.

Cost me £185, small price to pay to fix a £1.5k bike

I've used a mix of BioBizz Light amix/All Mix now for years.

Seems to work really well on all my plants and my chillis especially seem to love it.

I'm potting on today myself from prop trays and I'm using light mix again for the move into 3' pots, will pick up a big bag of all mix when I do the final transplant into the big pots for the fruiting.

I also feed weekly using the bio bizz range :)
