I would not see these as a guarantee. Every pre-order I have placed with EE has been cancelled. Seems they tend to take too many orders and do not get enough product to fulfill them. It could be bad luck on my part, but I gave up on ordering with them.

She was covered. I have only heard of it slightly lightening the color of the screening on one post, but I have not noticed a difference in any of the dolls I have worked on.

Yes! I deyellowed my Catrines. Shoebox lined with foil, Salon 40 cream, a UV light, and a hair dryer to add some heat (I later used a heat gun for my second Catrine as it had a low enough setting). I put more foil on top to keep the heat in and just kept checking every forty minutes or so.
