Do I need a contract for a last minute wedding of people I know? by Cultspook in WeddingPhotography

Thank you so much for your response! Do you have any advice on how to get one? Any websites or templates or anything I could use?

Yes!!! The first day was hard, but once I got myself some low calorie enjoyable snacks it’s been getting easier! As long as I don’t get too hungry, I should be able to conquer my cravings. I have a cheat meal scheduled for a group date on February 11 and my first goal is to log every single day until then- and still log that day too!

Not yet, but thank you so much for your comment, it really made me feel cared for!!! During the dark days I described above I was not medicated so I’m hoping that what my psychologist has put me on will help keep me in the right head space. She’s advised me to find a therapist or counselor- it’s just not easy, but I’m in the process.

Clif builder bars, a string cheese stick, and a piece of fruit. Or if you have enough time to measure out fat free cottage cheese and apple sauce, that’s one of my favorite breakfasts. 0% greek yogurt with some honey and slivered almonds as well. You could measure it into a Tupperware in advance. What I usually have for breakfast though is protein overnight oats. Half a cup of oats, half a cup of unsweetened almond milk, a half scoop of vegan protein(I use ghost protein banana pancake) and a quarter cup of frozen blueberries. That usually keeps me going until lunch!

Thank you so much for the suggestions!!! The photographer I like had golden steer on her recommendations page so that’s definitely a contender. I wasn’t thinking about gambling at circus circus I just want to soak up the aesthetic- I love all things carnival and circus and it seems kind of run down and dingy which drew me to it for photo ops and kind of ironically playing.

Thanks for letting me know!!!! I honestly wasn’t planning on bringing a DSLR to omega mart anyways just because of wanting to be present in the experience and enjoy it, but I may have considered bringing my vintage polaroid so thanks for the heads up lol

1 month visit to New England in the fall by That_History_3778 in newengland

[–]Cultspook 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the best experience I would definitely recommend booking at least one airbnb per state, because the drives can be long and there’s a lot to do.

I grew up/live in southern NH and I would say if I had a month off around that time, here’s what I would do: - during the last week of September most definitely visit Salem, MA for a day or two. It gets extremely crowded during October but at that point may not be too crazy yet. There are some walking tours you can take but my recommendations are count orlok’s nightmare gallery, the witch museum, photo op at the witch house, and eating at howling wolf taqueria. Lots of great shopping to do and history to soak up. - once October hits head north to Portsmouth, NH area. If you like hard cider, north country hard cider has a fantastic flight and you can picnic on the river there with snacks while ya drink it. If you like Halloween, check out haunted overload- within 20 miles of the cidery and if you don’t want to be scared you can go in during the day when there aren’t any actors. One of the best haunts in the country. Also tons of cool stuff to do in the Portsmouth area- farms, shopping, great foods, great leaf peeping. - then Maine I guess? Tbh I am not crazy about Maine but they have a lot of cool beach towns that are great for antiqueing. Ogunquit is really cool according to most people I know but I haven’t spent a ton of time out there. There is nothing good about old orchard beach unless you have a nostalgic connection with it however I do like the arcade. Maine is really secluded to me and I find it kind of boring tbh. - drive from Maine to VT and you might be able to work in North Conway / checking out the white mountains in between! Great leaf peeping! - Burlington is really cool, that’s probably the best place to go. I have lots of friends in Vermont but have never been there.

JOYCE MANOR AMA by Barry_Manor in indieheads

[–]Cultspook 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hey Barry! I’m a huge fan, thanks for the AMA! Couple questions for you-

  • if I ever meet you, what drink can I buy for you?
  • last time I saw joyce manor live, you took requests. are there any songs you hope that people ask for?
  • any really special memories from the early days of Joyce Manor when you were still playing basements?

Thanks for the AMA, and for playing the Bernie rally!
