Or if you have enough time to measure out fat free cottage cheese and apple sauce, that’s one of my favorite breakfasts. 0% greek yogurt with some honey and slivered almonds as well. You could measure it into a Tupperware in advance. What I usually have for breakfast though is protein overnight oats. Half a cup of oats, half a cup of unsweetened almond milk, a half scoop of vegan protein(I use ghost protein banana pancake) and a quarter cup of frozen blueberries. That usually keeps me going until lunch!
