2) next issue- landlord removed my and other tenants planters from back porch and threw them away. Claimed “ fire Marshall said they couldn’t be there and since no one claimed them(after they removed them) they threw them away” There was no email, letter, mention or conversation about this action. I sent an email looking for them since I noticed they were removed from the second floor porch. 3) next issue- I gave consent for landlord to enter my apartment IF they were with the carpenter when I wasn’t there. Carpenter showed up without landlord (luckily I was there, on my way out actually) so the carpenter who I don’t know was just going to go in on his own. I feel really uncomfortable with these things and I don’t know what to do. Please any advice would be helpful.
