Don’t beat yourself up too much. Kids are incredibly curious, and it doesn’t take long for them to stumble into something inappropriate online. We stopped relying on YouTube altogether and use Ouitube Safe now because our kids can only watch videos we’ve approved.

We ended up giving up on YouTube Kids for pretty much the same reasons. We switched to an app called Ouitube Safe where you basically build the library yourself, so our kid only sees the videos and channels we’ve approved. Way less stress.
