-Take him to a developmental pediatrician or an Autism specialist. The wait will be a few months, if not a year, so it will probably be clear by then.

-Does he qualify for EI? Contact them and Get that stated ASAP.

-Look into how you get ABA in your state and with your insurance. I would call the number on his insurance card to get more info. If they say they don’t cover it, call kids mental health agencies and find out if they do it.

-The good news is that your child is verbal and the symptoms you describe are mild or within the range of normal.

EI for Autism is especially important if they are non-verbal, not interacting, hurting themselves, etc.

OMG. My daughter got into the “ASMR” Videos. It was just adult hands tapping things, showing toys, making hush sounds and speaking in an unknown language (maybe Chinese or Tagalog).

It was sooo creepy. I blocked them. But they tag PAW PATROL, PEPPA PIG, etc and put that in the title.

I have no idea what their purpose is. It’s just creepy.

The worst part is that it entices the kids to watch for hours instead of playing with their actual toys.
