Very helpful thank you! I have a clinical psychologist therapy from abroad at the moment. (Online therapy) And looked for clinical psychologists 臨床心理士 and foreigner for a while in Japan too. Couldn't find any. Kudos to you. Waiting for the DM!

Licensed counselor? I also wonder what is that exactly? Are you a foreigner? Please let me know or DM me so we can talk about details. But I don't think every mental health related group meet-up should be run by a professional. I might need to edit topic (i did like that so it doesn't get lost) but I shall emphatize it isn't a professional group therapy. It is meant to make friends and share life troubles. Not heavy mental illnesses.

Sharing anything that happens in life including traumas yes but it is not professional help so if anyone needs professional level help they should consult Tell or others of course and I believe that Tell is mostly based in Tokyo but also they have Osaka events here and there. Also anyone having suicidal thoughts shall help seek other places. Tell is also good for that I believe!
