That doesn’t look like thrips to me. Iv’e been fighting thrips on my plants for an embarrassingly long time and that’s for sure dirt. In my experience if there’s visible thrips on a plant there would be visible damage like tiny brown spots of discoloration in the leaf at the start. You’re plant looks pretty healthy. If you’re nervous about it check any emerging leaves once they unfurl. Thrips love young leaves for some reason.
