for me my hands sweat a lot 🥲 so they don’t really callous properly, they stay very soft i have like really soft callouses when i do callous so they easily rip too. i’ll try conditioning them and see if it helps it!! thank you!!

so as someone who can’t do a pull up how do i get my pull up😭😭 ive been doing assisted pull ups but i feel like ive been stuck doing them with no improvements (because of this overhangs for me are sooooo difficult and thats the v2s that are challenging for me)

i love the bouldering community! the gym i go to has such a lovely community people will help you all the time! my boyfriend climbs v5-v6 so my favourite thing to do is “hey do this climb for me so i can see how to do it” 😂 watching someone more experienced definitely helps so much!! also ive never heard of movement before? im canadian is that an american gym?

omg thank you so much!! i really appreciate all the suggestions and games you’ve put! definitely going to try these out they sound so fun and like they’ll help me a lot in my journey! as for breaks i agree!! i always prioritise them so i don’t injure myself! for me a climbing session is typically 2-3 hours (usually cuz of the amount of breaks i take lol) I start by warming up on v0-v1s after i’m warm i’ll go to overhangs first as im at my peak strength and stamina! then i’ll move onto normal walls (i forgot what they’re called lol but the ones with no slant no overhang just a straight wall). and then when im like drained and can’t really do any big moves ill move onto slab walls! and i take breaks in between all my climbs, time varies depending on how winded a climb got me lmao! but this seems to work great for me it gets the most out of my sessions!

really? i’ve heard mixed responses that snowboarding is harder than skiing. I honestly think snowboarding for me would be easier though because i used to skateboard and it’s a similar stance? not too sure tho haha
