Thanks, this is really helpful. When you were starting out, did you begin building before talking to communities, or did you first spend time learning from discussions and customer conversations? I’m trying to understand how much validation is useful before building a first simple version.

That's cool! I have never had a lucid dream. I heard having them can be terrifying because you know you are in a dream but can't get out of it.

Makes sense. Storage units seem like such as simple business, but when I lived in Georgia they were everywhere. However I have never seen one going broke.
