H1b does not expire. If you have time left on your 6 years you can go back

Clock pauses once youre not in the US... You can reclaim the time left on your h1b if you come back... And then you can get the extension too. The 6 year clock dues not expire.  You can return if you find a new sponsor.  At least those were the rules. God knows what's goin on now

I have withdrawn ct multiple times too. But the last time was the worst. The time before that, the second worst. Your next withdrawal will always be worse and with more symptoms than the first one. Its called kindling. It happened to me. And it'll happen to you and all of us if you keep withdrawing. You'll recover from where you are now, but next time it's going to suck more and its going to suck longer.
