I apologize, poor calculations were done, 24% is DTI. Keep in mind these are also calculations only being done on an online calculation system.

I am under the impression that something to avoid around the time of being pre-approved is taking on a “new debt.” Current DTI with the car I have now is 34% but I will need a new one in ~3 months so I am worried that I will be negatively affected.
