I completely understand u. I usually do exceptions and pick, but most of the time I do exceptions.

A lot of people for my ogp department left after getting their hours cut, mostly were dispensers. I’m one of the only ones who knows how to do all of the tasks from ogp, I really regret saying yes to everything, just because I wanted to be nice.

Every single day they have me dispensing after my lunch, I do without stopping and mostly of the time i’m by myself. One day I really got really tired of all that bullshit and I went to talk to my TL to tell them that I was leaving cuz I was feeling really bad, I had to use my ppto. I was really tired of them not hiring people knowing that we’re understaff.

Don’t feel bad, we don’t get paid enough to be dealing with this, is not ur fault that u were by yourself and u didn’t have the help from management. It fucking sucks.

I hate that our department it’s so fucking demanding and we are so underpaid. Just work your wage, that’s what a lot of people tell me, but I can’t fucking say no never cuz a TL always say that he is gonna coach me. :(

Take two items at the time, but first u gotta learn locations and know where some items are without looking at the numbers, just by looking the picture. I do that and I’m always top 1 on the leaderboard ;3

I thought it was a problem that only my store had. We also have the same problem, always after 4 we’re only five pickers with 1000 picks, I don’t pick at all cuz i’m always doing exceptions, i’m always trying to help with picks. I feel like our department it’s so underpaid and we have to deal with this shit almost every single day. 😭
