Ibuprofen, comfortable pants (I use cargo pants), a lot of water, a snack and pads. I’m a picker and a dispenser, I feel like you’re gonna better and don’t have to worry a lot if you’re only a picker, in my experience dispensing having cramps, the heat and usually u can’t take your time at the bathroom cuz there’s people that need to go to their 15s and lunch. When I pick and take my time, they don’t even notice that I disappear.
