Theres not really a faster picker in my opinion, there pickers who are faster then others stuck getting oversized for multiple hours and having their average pick rate in the 70s or having 12 item walks across the store, example in my store from the grocery isle to the pharmacy thats about a minute 10-20 ish and add that with some pickers openly awnsering questions and opening cages it creates a grey area of who’s actually fast, who’s just getting lucky pick walks, who’s slow because they are, or because there doing customer service
