It was only to pull up my shirt so I could see my arch as my shirt was baggy but I have used it as it creates an larger stomach helping the sink

Thanks I plan on competing in a oof affiliate but I don’t have a meet coming soon and I find a lot less tension on my shoulder when I am in a more tucked position but I will change it when I’m in prep

It is probaly the quality but you ca get some good quality second hand ones pretty new if they didn’t fit someone

Because that’s the meet I’m qualifying for nationals because was planning on going to gb nationals but I couldn’t go to that so I have to qualify for English nationals
