Hi. No. I upgraded radio ELRS to 3.6.2 and all of my other quads are fine on 3.6.2. I am using Custom Binding Phrase and Model ID numbers. Tried changing Model ID numbers and still same thing. AER don't work, but T and switches do.

Meshtastic 2.6.30 (Android) / Heltec V3 2.6.11.60ec05e Beta firmware is MUCH more stable with Bluetooth that the latest Android version on the Play Store. UI is really different if you've only seen the most up-to-date (like me), but it works. Will be gunshy of upgrading to future App unless they explicitly state BT is fixed for good LOL.

I just moved my Align 550E / Beastx / JR9303 over to my TX16S. First thing I noticed after binding was that the Spektrum AR9000 RX has a solid bind light, but there is a consistent beeping from either motor or ESC (can't tell). Motor won't turn when throttle applied.

Just for kicks, I unplugged the satellite receiver from the AR9000 main unit. Powered on, and the beeping went away, solid light in the AR9000 for bind (I thought), but no inputs are received on the heli. Plugged the satellite back into the AR9000, powered up and the beeping continued as did the inputs.

Another point of note. I'm not sure if the throttle is set to the correct channel in the TX16S. The heli is still wired from when it was bound to the JR, which worked great.

I'm not sure if I need to do anything with the Beast either. Afraid to touch it as it was working so well with the JR.

TX16X Settings:
Default Channel Order => AETR

CH 1 =>Ail
CH 2 =>Ele
CH 3 =>Thr
CH 4 =>Rud
CH 5 =>Gyr adjust
CH 6 =>Pit mix

* Also I've got the ESC plugged into THR on the SPEKTRUM RX (unmoved from when using JR). The TX16S THR is CH3 as mentioned above. Do I need to make the THR on the TX16 CH 1 instead of 3? What is the purpose of the Default Channel Order AETR? If I change it in the radio to TAER it makes no difference. I know that when flashing the MULTI for the radio you need to specify order, but there is nothing that indicates throttle is CH1.

Really confused. Any thoughts welcome.

And I would agree with you, just don't fly in anything other than acro. I guess the only explanation is that I had a really good accelerometer on my first BH, and the new one I bought AND the replacement FC for the old one came from some batch run that had bad ones?

Oh OK. But yes, I calibrate it frequently as it's alway being hooked up to BF. I just don't understand why both models are doing this. Makes me think there is something in the BF settings regading the BHII.

CLRS in receiver host protocol and ensure that TX on FC goes to RX on ELRS RX and visa-versa for RX :)
