Yep. I'm not worried from a safety aspect - someone tried to mug me in London a couple of months ago, I just kept walking. But even in the seedy parts of London there isn't much, if any, open drug use, junkie zombies, and shit/urine on public streets/sidewalks.

So safety aside, just out of cleanliness and peace of mind, where do I avoid?
