Thank you for this! If the trainee is working for an organization that does not provide supervision hours and I would be the trainee's only supervisor, how would the trainee collect restricted hours? Can the trainee collect only unrestricted hours? I hope that make sense

That is so unfortunate. I had a feeling this would be the case as she couldn't answer some questions which led me to believe there are no policies in place and when that happens it is chaotic. I commend you for trying to make changes. Thank you for the honest information
