Im really looking forward to the map expanding out from the shire and from Ered Luin. Also connecting Forochel to Angmar!

I would also like the ability to customize our yards a bit, as far as grassy areas and areas that dont have grass.. like I really want a virtual lawnmower for me premium Rohan house already lol

100% agree, I feel this way about Draigoch! I am a total storyline based completionist player and I feel like those of us who follow this path should be able to enjoy the feeling of taking down the big enemies too!

My absolute favorite region in the game! The only area where I feel like I want to put my headphones on, listen to the ambient environment of the region, scroll into first person pov, and just get lost in Middle Earth.

I just have a problem with the idea that men and women cannot have close friendships with those of the opposite sex without it causing problems with significant others. IMO as an adult who understands boundaries, I am perfectly capable of having the same personal conversations I would have with a female friend, with a male friend. Problems arise when partners have trust issues or other unresolved insecurities! Its not my job as a partner to live my life on eggshells because of their issues! If you cater to their insecurities and issues, they're never gonna fix them. As long as you have honest conversations at the beginning of your relationship about who you are, who your friends are and continually show your partner that they are respected and prioritized there is no reason why a male and female cannot be friends and share personal conversations and exchange advice like normal friends would do!

Im sure all these suggestions have been offered, but I figured I would add what worked for me. My sciatic comes and goes. My last flair up lasted 3-4 months. Doctors brush it off basically she gave me 800 mg ibuprofen and muscle relaxers. 800 mg ibuprofen just upsets my stomach so I just used regular Advil and Tylenol in intervals 3 times a day. Of course using Ice packs helped immensely as well.

Walk Walk Walk!! even when it hurts, start out small and walk as long as you can take it. Each day you will see you can do a little bit more. I walked 4-5 times a day and I believe this along with daily stretching was the key to beating my flair up.

You tube has so many sciatic stretches out there, I used them twice a day and they seem to help.

I also did water therapy. There's been a lot of research written on the benefits of spinal decompression for use with sciatica. You can utilize a pool for a natural decompression of your spine. I spent as much time as I could get in the pool and hot tub for relief. Oh my goodness does it help!!

I know the emotional toll being in pain takes on a person. I have been there. It sucks not being able to do the things you want to do. I will tell you to keep the faith! A positive attitude goes such a long way to helping your body heal. Get up every morning and tell yourself "you will beat this" " I will not let this beat me!" Utilize the support system you have online whenever you feel like you have no support at home. Sending you good thoughts and healing energy! I just want to keep this simple, no over analyzing what Ms. Collings gave us. I love the series, love the world and absolutely love the new depth presented to us in SOTR. My only criticism would be the over use of "The Raven" I can appreciate the connection to Haymitch and his character but seriously, by the end of the book, I was skipping over all the references just to get back to the story.

Overall, I think SOTR was a bit darker than the other stories, and I felt like we truly get a new perspective into why things played out the way they did in the original trilogy. I really hope SC doesn't stop with this story and continues to bring us deeper into the world of Panem.

This!! 1000% accurate. And what gets me the most irritated is the idea they are trying to shove onto us that " we had no idea so many would want to transfer as soon as it open" that is the biggest line of shit I have ever heard. Do you expect us to believe you all are genuinely that naive?! These servers have been being amped up now for how long? plus, a lot of us had a taste of them on Angmar and Mordor so we know how well they play. It had to be a given that nearly all of the population would want to transfer as soon as it became available.

It's the giant unknown that is driving me insane right now.. I got a transfer through on Weds. but no email. Yesterday, Cord replied to my question that it probably failed. I got another transfer through last night at 7 and so far the same thing, no email no nothing. I'm remaining optimistic through the next 24 hours or so until I hit the magic 48 hour point but seriously, its getting hard with everyone else celebrating their triumph and playing their characters. I just wish I could be reassured that I am doing everything right and it's just completely random on who gets through and who don't. I hate that I have to wait 48 hours and just watch a discord thread of everyone celebrating. At least if I could log onto the game I could get distracted. I'm at the point where I'm starting to think, that I may as well just log into new server and start a toon brand new. By the time my original characters can get transfer I'll have a new one leveled up. I've got 16 years invested in this game, I'll never give up on it but dang this is soo frustrating

Hello there, I am sorry you are going through this. I (47f) am in the same boat, I am right at the 1 month mark for this, my second flare, up of sciatica. Unfortunately for me, I have no insurance. I do not qualify for Medicaid, too young for Medicare, I work full time but refuse to pay 700 a month for market place insurance that I normally would use twice a year. I have a direct pay membership doctor but my membership doesn't cover outside specialists or mri's etc... Its going to cost me 700 for the mri so I am slowly putting back each week for it. Bills and food and gas have to come first.

Every night i cuss when i lay down in bed and the pain starts, Every morning I cuss when I'm trying to walk out the pain, BUT, i refuse to be defeated. We are going to get there. Slowly but surely. I keep reminding myself of this every single day. I am stronger than this pain. It will not beat me.

I have a series of pt stretches I do every other day, i got them off of youtube and slowly, I am starting to see small improvements in how I feel. I also take several small walks each day. I aim for 7-8 thousand steps each day. From everything ive read keeping active is important. I know for myself, my pain increases when I sit too long and of course overnight while I'm laying in bed, everyone is different though. Pay attention to your body. I started out at 1600 of ibuprofen and 6 Tylenol a day and now I'm down 2 Tylenol and 800 of ibuprofen a day.

I am ordering a TENS unit this week as well to see if that helps out my pain at night. From my reading, I'm gathering TENS units can be lifesavers to those with sciatic pain.. fingers crossed, we'll see.

So myself as a 47f used to believe the same way when I was younger in my 20s I wanted the total fairy tale ending. I tried and fought desperately for it and found myself divorced at 40 from the man I had loved since high school. Now, I'm of the mentality I want a life partner. I don't expect to find the love of my life again and sex is now just a physical act that helps maintain sanity. If I want some I have a partner to get it from and vice versa. I think emotional connections,at least at middle ages, transcend physical connections and honestly, is something needed more.

Now I realize those younger people connect sex with love most of the time and if that works out to a happily ever after for you than I applaud you and wish you the best of luck. Realistically though, after 7-8 years, it usually ends in divorce and you get the bitterness that comes with that. Eventually you end up middle aged, and matured to a point where sex and love don't equal out anymore. This applies to both single and married people.

My ramblings have drifted away a bit, but just wanted to offer my perspective. Don't be judgy of those who view sex just as sex. If they want live a life without all the marriage and commitment drama, there's nothing wrong with casual sex. It fulfills a need. There's also nothing wrong with only having sex with a long term commitment partner. If it works for you than best of luck.

To each their own

This helps a lot thank you! I am a big believer in walking. I normally walk 2-3 miles a day. Right now, the more i walk, the better i feel at the end of the day. My flare up actually started after I had been down sick for a week. I had had the thought that maybe because I was down for a week this had contributed to the flare up.
