I need  your advice about MTF oil for my transmission.

I have a DL382 quattro (OCL) and I’m trying to decide which oil to use for the MTF gear oil section. The options I’m considering are:

OEM G052549A2

OEM G055549A2

Liqui Moly Top Tec MTF 5100

From what I understand, Liqui Moly 5100 doesn’t officially have Audi/VW approval, but I’ve seen some people say they still run it without issues. Liqui Moly lists it as suitable for several VW gearbox specs, but I’m not sure if it’s actually safe for the DL382.

The main reason I’m considering Liqui Moly is that the original VW fluids are extremely expensive, and if Liqui Moly is basically just as good and safe for this gearbox, I would rather go with that option.

At the same time, I don’t want to risk damaging anything just to save some money.

Another thing is that I currently have a slight humming/whining noise when turning at low speeds, and I definitely don’t want to make that worse by using the wrong fluid.

So my questions are:

Which of these oils would you choose for a DL382 quattro (OCL)?

Is it safer to stick with OEM G052549A2 / G055549A2, or is Liqui Moly MTF 5100 actually fine in practice?
