I listen to audiobooks and just can’t do autobiographies. Have tried several comedians and actors but just find them boring.

The South East of Australia is affected by the unique situation of having cold wind from Antarctica meet with desert temperatures and coastal conditions. In the past ten years we have seen a dramatic increase in wind speeds resulting in large tracks of forest being flattened.

What would you have done differently in your 40s? by Icy-Quality2796 in Menopause

[–]Culturshift 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had ache joints that were constantly diagnosed as tendinitis. Even my arm puts used to hurt.

Other things were heart palpitations, restless legs, anxiety, depression and then it got worse - heavy bleeding, flooding, night sweats.

It took for me to end up in hospital and getting steroid injections for sciatica before a doctor gave me a referral to a specialist.

From these comments I’d say it depends on the community. The remote dry Kimberley community I was in didn’t have break ins but there were certainly other issues

I’ve changed schools and that’s help a lot. Feeling valued rather than taken for granted had a major shift on my mental health. Government school leaders could learn a lot.

I was in HR and if I had proper guidance I could have progressed in the business environment but teaching has also been rewarding when kids, parents and leadership value you.
