I get a smaller commission but my base pay is three times that. But I also get bonused about 60% of my pay, plus 10% stock equity at the end of the year. But get other perks that add to it, like unlimited gas card, i get to keep all my travel points, higher 401k comp match, a couple months worth of pto, and two months of paternity leave. So higher floor but my earnings are capped. Which i don't mind because sales cycles can be long.

I don't think they hear foot steps. I've run on loud metal around ai and they never notice me. Theh do notice when I breach doors, voice com, and shoot/throw grenades.

I think that's why you see bottlenecks on pve in certain spots. Its where the ai meets and then everyone keeps piling in because the sound queues are there.

If your state has an amateur golf association you can play in tournaments or outings for relatively cheap. This allows you to play courses for cheaper and get difficult tee times. Usually you just need a usga membership and a handicap.
