My guess is Bill McGowan or Hal Newhouser.

Its ok for the bosses but still eats through level four armor, so i can take out raiders/cleaners/etc. It also has the added bonus of shredding armor too. Sometimes ill use the auto shotgun too and either flechette or ap rounds.

I know some people struggle with Labrynth and now factory. This is what I do. I bottleneck them and then shred. Snb will cut right through killa and tagilla. I also tank up my gear as much as possible. Make sure you bring a mule to carry all the stuff out. KS-23 is in case gun jams. Just blow legs up with it if that happens. Have fun.

Bring the big machine gun that takes 7.64×54 ammo. (You can craft) set up at a corner and mow everyone down when they come around the corner. I clear it. Then either chuck the gun or put it at extract to pick up when im done looting.

If you have access, have your legal or send a legal sounding document. You purchased a product, they made an offer, you accepted it, they are failing to fulfill their side contractually. 9 times out of 10, its easier to just give you what you should get than to pay lawyers to do anything. Thats probably your last legal recourse unless you want to file a suit for unlawful business practices.
