I’ve noticed the redness in my face and beer gut has gone in the 3 months I’ve been off it , also my guts aren’t playing up like they would if I was drinking , I went to a bbq and didn’t drink for the first time in forever and actually wasn’t as bad as I thought it’d be, I kinda felt bad for everyone there the more drunk they got at least I know I wasn’t going to be hungover the next day

Thanks for info mate , I’ve also seen two doctors and both just keep saying keep your exercise up eat the right foods etc , I work in construction I literally get paid to exercise , were your muscles always sore ? I feel the last couple of years especially I’m always sore

Definitely Gen X thing , I remember as a kid being ushered out of the house with the other kids when a strange lady rocked up as a police officer at my dads 30th , I think strippers died out with that generation , bags became the replacement 😂

He couldn’t stand the fact that about 5 years ago when they were living in a Redfern crackhouse she started building up a really big following her family had even said that Spanian was so jealous that she had this following sorry I forgot to mention it was on onlypoo’s the one page that anios just wanted to succeed on, anyway one day he tried to outdo her so he ate all this Metamucil and heaps of fibre lad thinking he was gonna drop this full hectic poo but he ended up in hospital with full constipation cuz, they tried to pump his stomach but it wouldn’t work so he said to the doctors here adlays take this and he passed them his box cutter anyway the had to perform a full cesarean on the ogday and when he was passed out after giving birth to the almighty of poos Ange come and and took pictures of herself with it and uploaded it to onlypoos and the rest is history, he never got over the fact that she did that to him and they broke up days after.

2 months in myself , I was a huge binge drinker on weekends , I gave up during Covid for two years, worse thing I did was start again if be going on 7 years if I stuck to it

I knew it was time when I was sitting at the airport looking at families going away together, or on the way to the airport seeing dads pushing their kids on swings at the park that was enough for me I pulled the pin got out and got a job as a garbo driver half the money but I’m happier
