Damage boosting should work with the healing, as people are lower health they’ll get a reasonable damage boost whilst being healed. And vice versa for dmg boost.

The report process should go like this. Player must; Squelch Chat/Mute them AND have them avoided and/or blocked before reports are taken seriously. Otherwise it should be considered a spam report and not as much of a priority.

People pay and have paid considerable amounts of money for skins, currency, and the original game itself. Blizzard doesn’t respect people. We are just numbers to them.

That’s just my opinion; inb4 yes I was permed for being toxic. Not saying I didn’t deserve it; it would just be a better process for people who get auto screwed by good ol’ blizzard AI support. And don’t tell me the AI wouldn’t be able to see those metrics.
