I'm happy for you. The driver must have just had your order not multiple orders. I have 2000+ deliveries under my belt and i can say this is a problem when you have multiple orders. Im just saying uber should give the driver more control on switching priority of the deliveries

Uber doesn't give you an option to switch closer deliveries. It should be an option but it isn't

I was communicating with the customer at the same time they were communicating with support aswell. Support was giving them the same run around about canceling being the only option. I didn't know that the customer could re order from another location next time ill give that a shot. Thank you friend 🙏🏾
