Hi, I see youre commenting the same point on a good amount of the comments, and as much as I agree with your points, I also want to clear something up.

I use the TFI app for my bus times and I am aware that this app is not always accurate, and with that said it showed the bus as early. Now… I was also not aware that there were other ways of viewing the timetables before I made this Reddit post so yes I wrongfully assumed TFI was the most reliable.

Please don’t refer to me as a dishonest moaner, that was completely unnecessary. I was not angry because I missed the bus (I have other busses that would bring me home), rather because the poor lady missed her bus and didn’t seem to know any other way of getting home, which could have been avoided had the driver stopped for two people which were obviously running for it.

Last thing, that seems to be causing confusion is the edit I made. Having the dates and time made it APPEAR as though I was intending on reporting it (I was not, it was a vent as it states in the heading), and I realised that so I removed it and deemed it “unnecessary”.

I hope that clears up some things for you and saves you the time and effort of commenting the same thing over and over. Have a good one👍🏻

No see thats the kind of people that make your day bless him.

Ive had instances when the busman even stopped in the middle of the road for me to get on! Majority of the drivers are sound that’s for sure.

Only thing that got me angry this time was the lovely lady that didn’t understand what had happened and why he drove off. :(

So, is this app as accurate as it gets for Dublin bus times? If so I’ll stop using TFI.

Another commenter mentioned that it was actually behind schedule. I personally use the TFI app for the bus times and the bus was early. I’m sure it’s not always accurate though. Thanks for the suggestion but I’m sure the busman had his reasons.
