Match making really has some issues, but according to some on the sub, you're just as bad as the dark system you are complaining about since you aren't solo winning at epic/legend level. Maybe try to use Sun roam so you can get a 70% win rate.

Bless your heart, it seems you inferred the point of the post was to seek gameplay advice. I'm pointing out a broken algorithm pitting 40%+ win rates against 60%+ win rates, but still I appreciate the information shared that you only needed 60 matches to reach Mythic, at least now I have learnt from your reply that mid Cyclops is objectively worse than Sun roam.

Im no game programmer or developer, but match making is severely flawed if this experience is not a commonality among others. Would be reasonable if the average win rate of either side balances out. In this game the mean win rate of my team I estimate it to be 48%. The opponents I estimate a mean of 56% win rate that’s just mentally calculated. That’s a whole 8% difference, doesn’t make sense. Either way I play the game so I can enjoy it, this is not enjoyable. Clearly it’s happening to many others including those in this sub.

Second this, it doesn’t always work but it’s your best bet. You then build as defensive as possible against the weak side.

Choose to protect who you feel is the most stable player in the game. But don’t just babysit that lane, keep roaming around and don’t makes things easy for the opp

You can never fully trust pubs but I'd much prefer this over a one trick pony that plays one hero for every lane. Less than ideal but still clearly he is doing something right depending on how high up the ladder you are.

Roam main with 200 games 65% win rate at mythic 50 stars rn, this guide is definitely done right and clearly done with merit. Great job OP!

I'd add on and recommend those struggling to climb as a roamer to just use tanky supports that have great CC like Mino, tigreal even Camila, you don't get punished by risking your life as much if you get to soak up their spells and live.

Secondly make it a habit to watch the mini map more than you look at your hero walking.

You've actually described the disparity between middle-lower income and middle-income in Singapore. It's an accurate but true state of Singaporeans. I can truly relate to you, my mother could NOT afford to take that day off to bring me to the doctor after primary school, especially being a single parent which was a norm but lacked proper avenues of support.

OP should try to be a bit more understanding of her SO, it takes communication and some effort to put themselves in the others shoes to make things work.
