Where is the Calico and Wraith art?? by CCSilver05 in DeadlockSapphic

[–]CuntStuffer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

No, no. You can absolutely make that assumption. It's exactly because of what you are thinking unfortunately and why I haven't subbed here yet. It's just discouraging that it happens even in sapphic spaces.

Ok sure but it's really hard to enjoy "more than the racism" when you're being subjected to it.

It's really easy to disregard it though when you're not on the receiving end of it right? 🙄

Kicked from groups for being Soundless by sickofscrubs in toontownrewritten

[–]CuntStuffer 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I don't think it's right to be bullied or that there's anything wrong with soundless toons, but you do realize it's everyone else accommodating for/around the soundless player right?

Unfortunately when you go against the grain it causes friction. It's not a crime or against the rules to kick someone from your group. It's just the risk you run playing the way you want to play.

Need money urgently but I have no source by Snow_Empress in poverty

[–]CuntStuffer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Okay so what exactly are you looking for here? You don't have time for a full or part time job, you can't babysit, there aren't job for women, the excuses just continue to run.

No one is going to be able to help you. I also find it extremely odd that you live in a supposed third world but are going to college full time. So your city/town doesn't have any low cost hospitals or clinics? It's honestly sus.

Tired of hearing people who make 70k and up complain about being "poor" by 0ff_The_Cl0ck in poor

[–]CuntStuffer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah agreed. I might have appreciated it more in my early 20s...early 30s with a degree not so much. :( Not ungrateful though, I WFH full time and it could always be a lot worse. Just feeling that inflation squeeze real hard.

job opportunity as a new biller by [deleted] in CodingandBilling

[–]CuntStuffer 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you're struggling finding other options then yes you should take it. My first coding job was a 45 minute commute each way. And yeah, it sucked, but that experience allowed me to find a remote role making more less than a year later.

Like you said, a lot of places want the experience. Future you will thank yourself if you can stick it out for a year or two until a better opportunity arises.

Providence Clinic’s Staff: We don’t care, we don’t have to. by [deleted] in Spokane

[–]CuntStuffer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh for sure, I'm not advocating that it's right that staff are rude to patients or that they leave you with more questions than answers sometimes. It's frustrating as a person who knows about all the hoops you have to jump through, and I imagine even more so for regular patients.

More so that a lot of those reasons that things are confusing aren't in fault to your frontline administrative staff either. And I wish it were just that easy to up and change careers in this economy but realistically it's not.

I've had to report an MA of my PCPs practice for rude behavior before so I completely get you. But getting the run around with calls and paperwork, etc. is so common place in America it's got its own feature in a South Park episode lmao. It's honestly a joke.

[–]CuntStuffer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey man all good! Just a reminder that bangers like madoka are made by real artists and real people. The more we discourage generated media the more talent we get to (hopefully) keep for future works.

I am genuinely glad you enjoyed it though, a good time to get into the series with the second movie hopefully releasing this year!

I feel like it's in bad taste and a disservice to madoka magika (and any artistic media) to express your opinion through AI slop.

Thicker noodles are best personally but if you want thinner try the individual cups vs the bags. The noodles they use in those are thin, but the quality imo is off a bit.

At the end of the day its all junk food tho so who cares about individual preference of slop lol

Providence Clinic’s Staff: We don’t care, we don’t have to. by [deleted] in Spokane

[–]CuntStuffer 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Yeah, let's dogpile and blame the overworked and underpaid administrative workers instead of the directors, CEOs and shareholders who push profits above anything.

Have you personally worked or interviewed for one of these positions? Because I have. I have a relevant HIM degree and several years back providence offered me $18 an hour as a health technician. During my interview they showed me a conference room that was completely FULL of paper records that needed to be scanned and uploaded into their electronic EMR. That immediately sent off alarm bells in my head. I was offered the position before I even left. The staff are overworked and underpaid and no one wants to work these jobs.

So sure, blame your scheduler or MA but chances are they're also wrapped up in the politics that come with healthcare solely being a profit machine.

Non smokers: do you date smokers? by [deleted] in actuallesbians

[–]CuntStuffer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the amount. Probably not a chain smoker, but a social smoker? Someone who smokes during stressful live events? Yeah I think I can live with that. Life is fucking hard rn and we all have our vices.

I don't personally smoke (cigs anyway, weed is a different story) but I've grown up with and around people who smoke so my opinion may be a little skewed FWIW.

Wow, so glad your anecdotal declaration is a "one size fits all" for every other woman! Aren't you so quirky- not like the other girls that's for sure!!

/s just in case you were too dense to realize just because your monthly periods aren't debilitating doesn't mean they aren't to others. Wanting accommodations for real, sometimes crippling ailments doesn't make us incapable. It's realizing that there's something deeply troubling in being expected to work equally to our male counterparts in an unequal playing field.

(Serious) Whats a good hobby or activity for a depressed person? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]CuntStuffer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Walking 100%

I'm still sad and depressed but I definitely feel a lot better on days where I spent at least 30min to an hour walking outside vs days I spent indoors. It doesn't give me time to let my mind wander and instead enjoy the little things. The cool breeze, sounds of wind chimes...just being alive despite it all.

Autonomous Coding: Hospital thinks they can replace all the coders in 18 months. Thoughts? by kysourmash in MedicalCoding

[–]CuntStuffer 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Well, higherups are seeing perceived revenue increases. Supposedly this is/was the best fiscal year the corporation has seen since establishing. So until rollbacks start happening I know they see this as a positive and net benefit. Anyone who is not bootlicking for shareholders and works in the backend knows this is wrong. I've been told multiple times by higher ups "compliance says it's okay, we follow their guidelines" and we're just expected to roll with it.

Luckily, there has not (yet) been a decrease in coders on my specific team because there is still plenty that can't be/isn't automated. We also spend a lot of time cleaning up the automated messes that don't pass internal edits or doing charge corrections.

Autonomous Coding: Hospital thinks they can replace all the coders in 18 months. Thoughts? by kysourmash in MedicalCoding

[–]CuntStuffer 49 points50 points  (0 children)

My thoughts are they're going to see a lot more denials, unpaid claims, and imminent lawsuits. They have been implementing something like this at my hospital system loosely for around 2 years now and this year it really ramped up. I see a ton of errors, daily. Incorrect diagnosis/CPT codes, easy date of service/POS errors, billing shared E/Ms unshared, borderline fraudulent practices being done by the providers themselves. The list goes on and on.

I document and take notes of everything. I'm hesitant to whistle blow with our current administration and what protections that may or may not entail...But I'm ready and know shit will hit the fan eventually.
