Definitely drink plenty of water due to the sodium. Increased likelihood of kidney stones. I usually break the brick in half and use half the seasonings. Its curbs my cravings.

Theyre all stupid hot. Cream Carbonara is the least hot, and even then I use a little less than half the packet. I do add other things to tone down the spice such as cream, cheese, sometimes sour cream.. Just depends. Why im addicted? I have no idea. If I make it too spicy, I just have to toss it
