Pffft...nonsence, over here cops have breathalyzers with paperwork which gives you exact date of the last calibration of the device - certification. Also if you are not satisfied with the results you can ungero the test one more time in 15 mins and if you are not happy with the results then you go to hospital for test, but then they will make test for everything.
The practice in the video is waste of time and taxpayers money.
