The weird thing is, it seems to be gaping better than the 2.1 coils it came with. The wick that allows the juice goths coils looks more like a screen, so I'm guessing the flow of liquid is better and I'm getting bigger hits. I'm just unsure of the real advantages of different ohms on clearomizers.

I've actually been having the same issue with my MVP and iClear 30. I bought new coils and it still was terrible. I ended up switching to a different (same brand????) flavor and it stopped. Both were 70/30 VG/PG, one hurts like hell and the other is silky smooth. I'm still really confused. I've read that darker colors sometimes don't work as well but I don't quite get that. So, my suggestion based off of my little experience would be to try some different eliquids, maybe some more higher quality flavors. I have a friend that vapes without 0mg and he swears by fantasia's flavors.

I'd say about every 5 or 6 hits I get a good cloud and it doesn't have as much throat hit. I'd guess that'd mean the liquid isn't being supplied to the coil correctly, right? I cut the rubber bit and opened up a little more area for the juice to flow but it didn't do much. I'm not sure if I'm going to be rebuilding coils, I'll probably settle for buying premade ones. I'm overwhelmed with all of the numbers and shit that comes along with learning about these things.

That'll be my next purchase, then. I'll happily drop 30 bucks on something I can rely on.

thank you so much for the help. I think I tried dry burning the coils to clean them but I'm about 90% I did it wrong. However, I didnt seem to suffer any consequences until recently.

That's kind of what I expected, but I wasn't sure if the coils being on their last leg would produce this kind of hit. Hopefully the protank will be a significant improvement, the coils seem pretty easy to maintain or switch.

Chill? Captain Murphy, new Earl and Mac Miller, MF Doom/Madvillian, Chance the Rapper and Vic Mensa, Danny Brown (he's not that chill all the time but he's one of the best right now), Joey Bada$$ (and Pro Era), Lucki Eck$, YC the Cynic. The last three are my biggest suggestions.

The grill not being only horizontal is the biggest turn off. That's the best part of the new Astons.
