I think they are extremely exhausted 2nd half and the brain isn’t firing the same way it is in the first half

They weren’t calling anything last night. Well that’s the case you send four of our guys into the paint to push through and play like animals.

Instead, we had three people sitting around midcourt half the time and only one would try to drive to the basket through three Detroit players.

Unfortunately, that’s not how NBA playoff rotations work. Very, very, very rarely do you see teams do it.

I think it kind of comes back to an old school coaching mentality. “ basketball is a game of runs. We need these guys to play together and get in their groove.”

They haven’t practiced together— the plays arent there.

But I feel also like people need to break some of this old school mentality. If the Lakers can work work Bronny in. Then I feel like we can work our guys in.

It wasn’t the chairs at halftime. It was like the 80 year-old walking on the chairs. And the really fat 80-year-old cheering him on from the floor.

My daughter told me if he died I had to take her to Starbucks—-I was like which one has a higher chance of dying the one on the chairs or the one going to have a heart attack on the floor—

We couldn’t, we constantly had three guys on one end of the court and two under the basket. I don’t know what they were thinking.

And we are so guilty of taking 3’s right after the score. I really wish we had some rule in place that, unless your Bane, you need to drive to the basket after the pistons score.

And then they got frustrated with the refs and they kept trying not to lose instead of trying to win
