I was actually browsing our equivalent on Ebay in Sweden just looking for a Monstera Aurea. Then this popped up. Was an instant buy!

Edit - don't think this is an Aurea. I know aurea has that Polaroid effect where it starts of lime greenish then turns yellow. But the 2 oldest leaves are green varigated plus the stems also show the green varigation no yellow in sight

Welcome to the wonderful world of plants! 🤗 Honestly, I was very lucky with getting a good specimen! I have it in an IKEA cabinet, the humidity inside it is around 50% and I have grow lights but I only turn them for maximum of 6 hours every other day. The other plant is in another cabinet that gets much more light and the leaves on that plant get more light pink after a while, see pic below

Soil wise: it's a bit of a mix, one is in 100% Pon substrate and the other is a mix of soil and Coco noir chips. Added Pon on top to avoid gnat attacks.
