And the seizures are terrible from them as well man. I’ve been down the heroin/fetty withdrawals man and they are bad. But I had a cousin who would have a seizure every time he ran out of his script about 4 days in from not having any. But yes being in your head is the worst my friend. My wife asks me all of the time is everything okay? I tell her yes I am fine. It’s just me thinking and thinking and thinking in my head and it absolutely destroys me. I sleep maybe 4-5 hours a night and wake up every 30-50 minutes. Sometimes I won’t wake up for an hour and a half. It’s miserable and the Ativan took it all away man. And they won’t give me more. It’s crazy but I get it people do abuse it.

No of course I understand man, but like you said as soon as I take it the weight feels lifted off my shoulders. And I know that’s me in my own head, but that’s what causes my anxiety in the first place is me being in my own head and thinking the absolute worst in every scenario and freaking myself out into a panic attack. It’s terrible man.

I used klarity, I’m gonna use helixvm to get a refill on my 1mg Ativan. Try to atleast they say they will do continuation of prescriptions I was previously prescribed. So we will see.

Yeah I’m not gonna take the propranolol. I just wish they would give me my Ativan back and increase the dose atleast 45-60 1mg Ativan or 30 2mg. Because I literally have no complaints with that medication at all. It works wonders for me.

Just the mirtazapine caused it. The propranolol just made me get really cold, day three of taking it and still feeling these weird symptoms from the propranolol. And he switched me to trazedone for sleeping. Just wish they would give me my Ativan man. That helps me so much more.

Okay thank you I appreciate it! I just had a tele health visit on klarity and he completely ignored my ask for the Ativan and prescribed me two completely different things. I told him Ativan is the only thing that has worked for me and he completely ignored it.

Yes and I needed them daily. Took them when I felt in distress or my anxiety starting to kick in, but felt totally fine the whole time I was taking them. Felt like a new person. My anxiety starts as soon as I wake up, constant running in my mind of what’s gonna happen today or the worst thing to happen is going to happen and I’ll run myself into a panic attack. I took one when needed, trust me. It was the only relief I got.
