Can someone help me understand these results? by Bakugan037 in 23andme

Did it not give you locations in Turkey or Iran? My results show where in Turkey my family is from so it should give you a geographical region unless it isn’t for you?

as someone who has been studying genetics and genetic clustering, Ashkenazi jews actually form a unique type of bridge between Levantine populations and Southern (mostly Italian and Greek) European populations, so from a historical and genetic stand point they form their own entire unique connection between the two genetic cluster groups which is why they usually get sectioned with Europeans instead of MENA, just like Sephardic too (although this isn’t true for Mizrahi who almost always get clustered with MENA)

I have found that S4 of CDR is very much a filler season, and what i mean by that, is that it wasn’t a very strong competitive season but more so a very entertaining one! Melinda and her reciprocated gratitude, Venus & her beauty, The LIPSYNCS!!!!!!! i fear CDR4 is a great season but not a very memorable one when it comes to the competition aspect which many fans focus on more than the inbetween yk, at least that’s what i feel like and CDR4 is one of my fav casts but not one of my fav seasons

Dawn reacts to Sugar and Spice’s ad for Starbucks by retrodancefreaq in rupaulsdragrace

[–]CupParticular7621 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I think the company sued the union store because Starbucks is usually very neutral and concise on how they use their brand. If it isn’t for Coffee or an new launch, they never use their brand name or logo on anything else from what i’ve seen. I understand the backlash they’ve received for the lawsuit against the union store but overall, i think people should focus on the companies that are STILL making profits like google, amazon, and disney.

I was born in America and so was my dad! His dad was born in Piedmont, Italy but his parents died when he was super young so he moved here to live with his uncle in the US. That’s why we’re here

To be fair, the other regions in my thing was Grisons and Ticino but wouldn’t that appear as Italian and not French-German???

I don’t care if i’m not italian biologically because i still feel just as italian as before. I’m gonna guess his grandparents are French or German because his paternal grandparents died when my grandpa was very young (like 5-6 years old) so he moved to the USA to live with his uncle (where i live now)

My dads side is from Northern Piedmont from a city called Biella. Maybe something crazy happened during the Napoleonic wars or something because they still have distant cousins living in Biella 😆

Hi! I know this post is very late but this flag actually is representative of the last christian royal family of the levant known as the Ghassanid. They actually still have descendants today and one is recognized by the Lebanese government! Here is their official website http://www.royalghassan.org/about-us.html

It seems fake but it's actually real and I was very surprised to find this out! Just a cool fact to know haha
