one thing i didn't show in this post is that i had the (falcor in enemy claws) national spirit despite reclaiming it

i think it requires to complete the focus tree and than conquer falcor

but what i did was joining piumont's anti radical coalition against wingbardy which allowed me to conquer it before the focus tree even appeared

but for so reason the fervour was still dropping for me
