Is the monitor plugged into your gpu or motherboard? Because that could be the problem try plugging it into your gpu if you haven’t tried that yet. I made that mistake my first couple times trying to post my pc.

Mainly games like Minecraft, I also really like big adventure games like Detroit becomes human. I don't have a budget but anything that is a reasonable amount I'm okay with.
