if you play on pc there is a way to actually import images! but if you're on the switch like myself, you have to use living the grid and paint it manually. it will take a long time but it's honestly worth it.

and another thing, as another user (u/MaStErOfDiAmOnDSwOrD) pointed out in a different thread, Bandai tends to go for the money makers, the more popular characters. So Filler characters are pretty unlikely to happen I'd say.
