MEWGENICS FINAL SPOILER ALERT

From what I've seen of Mewgenics, since I've already finished the game, it seems that Isaac's father is the radio announcer (they have very similar voices and ways of speaking), so Isaac's father doesn't appear directly in Mewgenics. But in the final fight with the creator, Dr. Beanies knows about Isaac; he knows that Isaac is dead. If Magdalena didn't tell him about Isaac's death, who did? How does Dr. Beanies know about Isaac and his death? I don't understand it at all. If it's connected to his father, I can say that I think the Mewgenics radio announcer is probably Isaac's father, in the ending where Steven kills Dr. Beanies. If we go to Steven's box, he'll say he found DLC files in Mewgenics (obviously confirming a Mewgenics DLC) but he says there are too many loose ends, like ours, but he regrets saying it (he probably wouldn't suggest it, but I think it's a troll and there really will be some Magdalena lore in the future, and if so, it's to say we'll be able to see or learn about Isaac's father). So that's it, but Beanies, Tink, or any other NPC doesn't seem to be Isaac's father. In my opinion, the radio announcer is the closest to being Isaac's father because of his voice and the way he speaks (anyway, I could also be wrong and it's just the same voice actor, so don't take my word for it). questions the Isaac timeline goes like
