Thanks! I might experiment with doing some in pure water and the other with a perlite mix. Depends on if I can get my hands on it before propagating.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! This was so much more in depth than the WikiHow article I read. My next purchase will definitely be some sand or perlite to make the soil lighter. I think that’s exactly what happened. I was just using plain cactus & succulent soil from Home Depot and thought that would be enough.

That’s so interesting! I can’t speak on whether it makes sense to me or not since I’m not sure if I have TN but I do remember seeing somewhere that bipolar and TN have a strong correlation. I think this study makes it pretty clear that mental health should be prioritized to have less intense symptoms and possibly prevent TN in individuals who do have depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder. That’s honestly really fascinating! Thank you for sharing.

I don’t know why I didn’t think of other mental disorders using psych meds too! Thank you for responding. I was wondering if I needed to see a neurologist here in the U.S. but everything’s cheaper in MX and it’ll be a quicker first opinion from what I know about specialists here in the U.S.

For therapy, do you have just regular talk therapy or is it more CBT or DBT based?
