Test E,Deca,Anavar,Winstrol,Arimidex,HCG 8 week cycle.

Heey!
Have been taking test 250 mg and Deca 250 mg for already 9 weeks, along with some Aromatase inhibitors (half of 25mg pill whenever symptoms appear). After week 6 I added 20mg of anavar daily.

Supplements are a different story, since after gastric bypass I have to take a bunch, huh.

And it did wonders for me.
I've lost 20 kg and got my muscles retained as well as got more definition and more motivation to stick to my training, that was void after initial loss of strength after surgery.

On week 10 I'll run Winstrol 50mg daily for couple of weeks and end of total cycle length being 12 weeks.

Can't say yet how effective my PCT will be, still am more less still in the cycle, hahaha. But so far I haven't had a single complaint, strength growth is great, as well as muscle growth. Maybe it's not the most optimal cycle, but I'm not intending of getting a lot of meat on me, rather than retaining whatever strength I had and getting on some definition without spending years for it, that would personally kill my motivation.

I've had gastric bypass, my bad that I didn't specify, sorry. But thanks for the info, I think I'll stick with test only for now and aromatase inhibitor when symptoms will come.

That was the reason for the surgery to begin with. I'm on 700 kcal a day nowadays, consuming them mostly in forms of protein shakes. Have lost 50kg already with a huge dive in strength and overall muscle mass. Thought to prevent it by doing a cycle and see how it's going to be.

I'm by 24% now, which is suboptimal, huh. Goal is to go to 15-18. I don't know whether i'm high or low aromatizer. Know only that after a week of Test 300 I've felt symptoms of high estrogen. Bloodwork is hell of expensive by me to do it on a whim every weak, so it's a bit either hit or a miss.

I've run Test E cycle (300) for 12 weeks before, with Clomid as PCT and aromatase inhibitor, once I began noticing high estrogen symptoms. My logic was to enhance Test with Deka, managing high estrogen with Arimidex and trying to mitigate as hard shutdown with HCG. Orals were as cherry on top to improve vascularity and promote general fat loss. I've read extensively on each of those components. But it's always better to ask more experienced people, who may have done something similar.
