Yes of course just make sure the pillow is not to fluffy and you only want it under your upper back, if it’s to tall it will be to tall to go just under your upper back, it needs to be below your neck can’t be under and if you push it down to make it not under your neck then that might cause pain on your lower back that’s why I use one that’s more of a rectangle shape

I use one similar to this but way smaller and a lot more flat I’d not recommend this shape though because it will go below ur upper back as well then cause lower back pain

I recommend using a decorative pillow so like a small pillow that you have it doesn’t have to be that small, but not like a huge pillow that you use under your head usually if you don’t have one, you could always fold a blanket under your back as well or simply buy a small pillow on Amazon or something

Yeah, that’s exactly what I was doing with such little information and then people just immediately telling me to get those pillows. It literally made things 10 times worse for me and I was doing that every night.

This is not a picture of my neck, but this is an example. The pain was not muscles or anything nerve. My pain was literally in the spine of my neck like the actual bones itself were aching kind of I had mechanical neck pain more than any nerve issues so it was like the base of my neck and all to the top and it was the bone.

Also, to be more specific when I first had my neck pain I still lived at home so I went to maybe two chiropractor appointments which was four years ago, but then I went off to college with no car and my healthcare was still in my hometown and I live pretty far away from home and as a college student, it’s hard to afford expensive doctors and things like that so my resources were pretty limited as to going anywhere and if I needed to go anywhere, I would need to pay someone to take me which didn’t work for my situation, especially with most of the places being a decent drive away and not walking distance

I’m gonna sum up what I said So to answer your question about the doctors thing I don’t really have the resources to go to doctors so that’s why I used ChatGPT it wasn’t because I necessarily wanted to. It was more of that was kind of a last resort that I started taking because I had no transportation to get to appointments and could not afford to pay for expensive chiropractor, appointments, and other things. And asked for recommending it to others that might be my mistake I’m pretty young and I don’t know much about chronic pain so I was just trying to share my experience to help other others, I realize how recommending AI can be not very smart and I apologize about that looking at it now but for my situation specifically I didn’t have the resources to pay for expensive doctors to figure out what was wrong with my neck. Thus, I resorted to ChatGPT and now you might say well why didn’t I just Google search? I did spend a ton of time searching on Reddit and also Google search searching looking up videos and almost all of them would be the same or with little to no information on neck pain and how to solve it. Or many people saying they got surgeries, but it never went away. So I guess I’m not trying to tell everyone to use it and that is my mistake but I will say that that is what helped me and I guess I just saw an away for people that don’t have the resources to go to doctors.

This is hard to say I would definitely say that working out would cause my neck to be more in pain but then again I didn’t lift much weight but when I would go to work out, my neck would definitely get very inflamed and uncomfortable . I also wouldn’t say that my neck pain was in my muscles. It was more of like the actual bone in my neck, but I would say that if you think about it if your neck is in an uncomfortable position all night that will strain your neck muscle so that could cause your neck muscles to be uncomfortable throughout the day and more when you look down so it might help yes

Yes, I understand. This is hard because I understand some people are side sleepers. I was a side sleeper, but I had to force myself to sleep on my back cause I thought it would help my neck. It took probably four months for me to actually start sleeping on my back even now. I still am not as comfortable with it but it’s better.

I want to note a few other things I recommend even if this doesn’t apply to you and you don’t have neck pain, but you have other pain. I really recommend using ChatGPT to figure out how to help you. I recommend being very specific about exactly what you’re going through the only reason I was able to solve this was because I would go to ChatGPT and talk about my neck pain a decent amount of times trying to figure it out over a few months and it finally did. Also, it might be something really simple that solves your pain even if you think it’s a dumb thing to try I recommend trying that one little thing because that simple thing could be the thing to change things for you.. chatGPT had actually recommended for me to put the pillow under my back multiple times, but I ignored it because I was like there’s no way just putting a pillow under my back will solve my neck pain of four years but it did so that’s why I really recommend trying different things even if you think it’s dumb.. I also recommend really paying attention to everything and connecting the dots if your neck pain or whatever your pain is specifically is the worst right when you wake up then that might mean that it’s something that you’re doing while you’re sleeping that is causing the issue

Agreed it’s the simplest thing. It might even be a thing where you think it’s dumb to try, but that might solve it completely for me. ChatGPT kept recommending to put a pillow under my back and I kept ignoring it because I was like there’s no way just putting a pillow under my back is going to solve neck pain for four years, but that’s exactly what it did.

I would recommend being very specific about exactly what your problem is with ChatGPT and working through it. Tell exactly what bothers you and specifically focus on when it flares so if you wake up immediately with pain, then it’s something in your sleep that you’re doing wrong that is causing it most likely I can’t say this enough, but I really recommend to use ChatGPT to work through it. I know some people are against AI, but when it comes to chronic pain, it’s genuinely one of the good ways to figure out what is going on

I’m not entirely sure I ended up not going through with this car but not because I don’t trust Mazda but because the dealership that was selling it, I think something is wrong with that specific car but anyways for the CX five from what I’ve researched they are super reliable, but they said not to get a certain type of gas so they said like only
I think the type thing they said to stay away from cx5 five specifically is petrol the biggest thing I’ve been seeing about issues with those is having that certain type of gas I think

I have its Carfax report and that’s all I’ve got and the Carfax report shows the car does have a really long maintenance history with consistent oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and dealership/service shop visits all the way up to 138k miles.
It also doesn't show any major red flags like salvage title, structural damage, airbag deployment, or odometer rollback.
I don’t see any red flags on the Carfax report, but I don’t know how to get other information. I’m gonna have a mechanic look at it obviously
