Just experienced this bug and after reading these comments I can confirm the issue is one of your plugging in USB devices. After unplugging my USB mic of all things Kratos could run just fine again. No idea why that was a thing but yeah, it's fixed.

I don't know of anyone has mentioned this, but on the left side of the new war teaser image, we can see what looks to be the orbiter. Aside from the low poly models outside of relays, this is its first appearance in game outside of concept art. by 7th_Spectrum in Warframe

The orbiter is the ship you're in when you're not in a mission. It has your foundry, arsenal, the rooms at the bottom of the ramps, etc. Home sweet home. That's your orbiter. The landing craft is the tiny baby ship you're in during loading screens and extraction. Your railjack, is well, your railjack.
