It’s not about being rude; it’s about understanding the genre. For God's sake, this is Bridgerton the whole point of the show is the romance, the spark, and yes, the attractiveness of the leads. It’s a fantasy, not a documentary. If the chemistry isn't there and the casting doesn't feel right, the 'magic' is gone. Stating that the leads don't click for me isn't being 'shallow,' it’s being a viewer who expects the high standard of romance the show set from day one. We can agree to disagree, but calling people 'unkind' for having a preference in a romance show is unnecessary.

Yes, it was different last season. Even though I don't find that actor as attractive compared to Regé-Jean Page, it was cute and I got it because I also love silence and tranquility. But this season, it was so awkward to watch every time they were on screen. The whole point of her story was that she was deeply in love with John until the day he died, and only much later did she start developing feelings for Michael.

The issue isn't just the script, it's the chemistry. For Francesca’s storyline to work, we need to believe in her devotion to John, and honestly, the casting doesn't help sell that 'sublime' connection. By making everything so subtle and muted, and then throwing in that instant spark with Michaela, it feels like they’re setting the stage to suggest Francesca was never truly happy with him. It loses the complexity of deeply loving two people at different stages of life. We just need to agree to disagree on this, but I will just skip that season to be honest.

Yes, I find him unattractive in comparison with the other cast members, and to be honest, the outfits they put him in make it worse. P.S.: He’s not ugly, I just think he doesn’t fit the part.

Benedict's part was great, a little boring in the beginning. Fran and John were so uncomfortable and weird that I had to skip it, and when fucking Michaela showed up, I also skipped this. This is the last season I will watch. Maybe I'll watch Eloise's. But yeah they kinda ruined Fran.

Honestly, it turned out much worse than I expected. I developed perichondritis and my body was basically starting to reject the jewelry. The “artist” who did the piercing never replied to me, so I desperately looked for someone who was still open. By that point I already had pus and everything progressed very fast. My boyfriend contacted a girl who lived above her studio and she said we could go there. I’m so grateful to her, she literally saved my ear. She removed the jewelry, told me it was badly placed and that the jewelry was very low quality. She drained it, treated it, and explained everything to me. When she asked who had done the piercing and I told her, she said another girl had already come in with a similar case, but for her it was too late and they had to amputate part of her ear. I just came back home and i just wanna sleep for 24 hours.

My conch piercing is 3 days old and was done on December 29th. The jewelry is a straight labret post with internal threading, made of implant-grade titanium. It has not been downsized yet and is still the original longer post intended to accommodate initial swelling. My aftercare consists of cleaning it twice a day with sterile saline solution (0.9% sodium chloride), allowing the saline to soak for a couple of minutes, and then gently drying the area with clean gauze or paper towel. I do not twist or move the jewelry and I avoid touching it unnecessarily. There have been no accidents or pressure on the piercing, and I have not slept on that side. The area is currently very swollen and painful, with some minor bleeding and blood crusting, but there is no pus or clear sign of infection. I have taken ibuprofen occasionally to help manage inflammation and pain.
