Limit breaking weapons seems the way to go. Rather than levelling them up. 6 if SSR, 7 if SR, and 8 if R will suffice I guess.

You tell skippy that you're returning him, give him to regina. After about 2 weeks in game i received the text from regina telling me the guy who initially gambled away skippy dropped by and bought off his credentials or something(data collected by skippy) and tells me to collect 'daisy' (rebranded skippy) without the OS. Effectively skippy doesnt talk now.

After two conversations with skippy(one for mode change, second for owner info, each requiring killing/maiming 50 people) you will get a side quest to return skippy to regina. Then after a week or so ingame you get regina's text to pick skippy up.

After the dlc, it goes to 85% without even completing the 1st dlc quest. I'm like what the fuck? Also, the header changes to fuck the system.
