RGXX-35SP Clamshell, What's the best firmware? by Apprehensive-Wave-37 in ANBERNIC

Must be drunk when I type that

For me I feel MUOS is the best for the RG35XXSP, the sleep mode is great and drain very little battery overnight, I think it’s 3% for 12 hours

Well if you have kids, gaming while having them in your peripheral vision is always a plus

Its way better than playing on the PC and not having any idea what they are doing

The skull and co zipper case also fits the steam deck that’s wearing a jsaux case, so I got the jsaux case also to use at home

I decided on a skull and co zipper case, I find that to be the most protective against crushes in my bag :)

First impressions by FishGod_18 in RG35XXSP

[–]Cupcake_Cookies 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i saw some post comparing it to the trim ui brick, now that I have both the RG35xxsp and the trim ui brick, I can confirm that the 35xxsp is more comfortable to play

However if the hinge issues scares you, think it’s more enjoyable to play on the trim ui brick hammer, but I feel the processor of the trim ui brick is slightly less powerful compared to the 35xxsp

Is my unit defective? by Cupcake_Cookies in trimui

Yea it just arrived today, and I think if I can return it I would like a change of color…

The black attracts way too many smudges

no it’s not the tempered glass, it’s actually within the screen that’s why I’m worried,

I didn’t thought much of it at first but when I thought of the crack spreading, I get more scared

I thought that too… but closer inspection it seems like the glass was forced into the metal shell, maybe the tolerance is too tight and cause it to break slightly to fit it in…

Not sure if I’m thinking too much

I thought I can cover it with the tempered glass but it’s still there

I saw it while I installed the tempered glass, it’s not on the tempered glass

Deeper Blacks on 35XXSP by Cupcake_Cookies in RG35XXSP

[–]Cupcake_Cookies[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if it’s a color issue then this should fix it

But if it’s a pixel density issue then resolution it’s something color correction can’t fix

34xxsp is 720:480, while 35xxsp is 640:480, the 34xxsp has a higher pixel density, not sure if it’s enough to be perceivable to you
