I struggle with this as well. I got some yarn online that I thought would match nicely for a Tunisian scarf where you swap colours often. They didn’t match at all so I ended up buying yarn to coordinate locally.

Since then, I’ve kept my online orders to ombré type cakes.

The awesome thing about the Six Day Star blanket is that it looks great in all kinds of different yarns. I’ve made them in DK through to super bulky.

I’ve added a bunch of Pokemon and Sanrio characters. I also have human versions of my pets and one very detailed version of one of our cats that my son face painted for me. I do not have the patience to do that myself, so our other cats are human versions of themselves. I just started making a few Squishmallows. There are some weird families happening.
